We can all agree that 2020 was one crazy year, full of hardship, challenges and odd energy!
Growing up, whenever we had a streak of bad things happening or getting sick, my grandmother would do an incense burning and praying ritual to clear the negative energy surrounding us. I always found these rituals comforting, soothing and special.
As we enter a new year, I wanted to share with you my go to rituals to clear energy….
If you live in cold climate like I do, then you know that your skin really suffers in the winter months. From dryness, to irritation, to itchiness/tightness and flakiness......
It is not fun!!
.....But after living in Boston for over 27 years ( Yes! 27 years. I still can't believe it either!) I learned few tips to keep "winter skin" under control.

There was a time when many of us would have shuddered at the thought of slathering oils on our face willingly. For the last decade, most consumers would go out of their way to find products that were oil-free. We’ve been told for years that any product with oil will instantly clog pores, leading to recurring breakouts and general discomfort.
The fact is: your face and skin love oil, and need oil to stay healthy, hydrated and clear of troublesome issues.
